Dr. Linhui Sui

President of ET Capital, Inc. and Executive Vice President of ET Solar Energy Corporation. Dr. Sui has been managing ET Group’s EMEA, South and North America project business units since 2010. Under his management, ET Energy has delivered over 600 MW utility-scale projects for project development, financing and EPC service to global leading utility companies or IPPs, such as EDF, AES, LightSource BP in Europe, Mid East, South and North America. Prior to that, Dr. Sui acted as the group’s Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director of the US operations since 2007. Before joining ET Group, Dr. Sui was a research scientist in NASA Goddard Space Flight Center conducting solar physics research for a NASA Space mission. Dr. Sui received his master and Ph. D. degrees in physics from the Catholic University of America.

Gaurab Hazarika

Chief Investment Officer at ET Capital, Inc. with over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. At ET Capital, Mr. Hazarika leads project development and financing and has closed over 160MW of projects in the US. Mr. Hazarika also led the capital raise for developing projects from Chinese and Taiwanese investors. Prior to ET Capital, Mr. Hazarika led project finance at Hanwha Q.Cells and closed over 75MW projects. At Duke Energy, Mr. Hazarika led the project development analytics team at Duke Energy where he helped start and build the solar business for Duke Energy and was instrumental in closing over 125MW of solar projects and setting up JV with Smart Energy Capital to develop commercial solar projects which included commitment of $180MM over 2 year period. Mr. Hazarika hold a MBA from Indiana University and a BS in Computer Science from Allahabad University in India.

Michael Eden

General Counsel, joined ET Capital, Inc. as its first General Counsel in 2014. Mike has more than 13 years of experience representing renewable energy suppliers and project developers. Mike is actively involved in the structuring, negotiation and implementation of all transactional matters at ET Capital, including acquisitions, joint ventures, development agreements, EPC contracts, construction financing and disposition transactions. Prior to joining ET Capital, Mike was a partner at the law firm of Reed Smith LLP, where he represented suppliers and EPC contractors in the development of over 2.5GW of wind power projects globally. In 2010, Mike was the lead attorney for the supplier in the then?-largest sale of wind turbines between non-affiliated entities. Mike received his law degree from Cornell Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Matthew S. Christensen

Senior Director, Engineering, Procurement & Construction at ET Capital, Inc., has over 25 years of project management experience, he has been involved in the management and construction of nearly 1GW of projects throughout the United States and Canada for ET Capital, First Solar, and SunEdison. His career also includes over 16 years of experience responsible for the entitlements, project & construction management of over 25,000 acres of mixed-use, residential and commercial developments throughout Arizona. Mr. Christensen holds a Bachelor of Science, Business, from Arizona State University, as well as, a Master of Educational & Business Leadership from Northern Arizona University. Mr. Christiansen also holds a Six Sigma – Theories of Constraints certification.
